I had contacted a couple other remodelers regarding my project, however I was most impressed with the creativity that was brought to the meetings by Kelly, owner of Punchlist Construction, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and we were able to brainstorm and get far more than I could have imagined for my money's worth. I would highly recommend Punchlist as he worked around my crazy work schedule was always punctual, professional & very comfortable giving great recommendations .

I really appreciated Punchlist showing up on time to meet with me both times after the flood in my mother's basement. The first time, they met me was to look at the damage. Kelly, the owner communicated with me while he was working on the proposal or bid. He even met with me with the insurance adjuster to help me with the process. I will be using Punchlist on every job from now on.
