The doors from them are decent, and the installation work was fine. However, I would not recommend this company.
They are high priced and the sales pitch is pressuring and promising things that aren't followed through on.
I made sure to ask and mention multiple times about the wood rot below our door being taken care of along with the door. The salesman assured me every time that it would be taken care of. If he has told me the truth, that they would only do a part of it, then I would have said no. I would have shopped around to find someone cheaper since we are now going to have to search for and pay someone to come fix the rest.
What they did fix below the door is just covered by a very rough looking piece of wood that we are going to have to sand down before we paint.
We had french doors installed and for some reason they decided they needed to put a non working deadbolt on the second door, for "looks" I guess, I hate it though. It's just more we had to pay for for no reason. I also hate the locks on the knobs themselves because they just turn and turn and always open from the inside, even if they are locked from the outside which you have no way of knowing from the inside. Who wants that kind of lock when they have a baby they are trying to protect and keep in the house?
They, also don't provide or know specific information about the pricing of the product. I asked what the breakdown of the price was and was told there don't have that, it's just what the computer calculates for them as a whole. Although, to when I pointed out that he entered the wrong color and he changed it we were able to know there was a $300 difference in the price of hardware just for a change of color, not any upgrades or anything. I should have gone with my gut then not to use them. Nothing but regrets with this purchase.

The service technician from RBA was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to fix the problem with our patio door.

We were shown the superiority of the windows and selected the characteristics we wanted. The day of installation went well, with the finished products beautifully installed. From start to finish everything was done professionally, and the results are pleasing to us.
