Complete morons. I ordered a single headset for a Avaya phone system. They shipped me 2 and split the charges up into 4 charges on my credit card. I received the 2 headsets and called them to explain I only ordered 1. They gave me an RMA number and shipping label and said they would credit my card once they received the returned headset. I just got an alert from my credit card showing another charge from these idiots. I called and spoke with Phillip and he kept me on the phone for 26 minutes and gave me absolutely no information. Then I spoke with his manager who was equally as dumb. No help at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE simpletons.
