We always get at least 3 proposals on all our home improvement projects. Precision Homes was the 3rd on our list this time so a lot of the details of our living/dining/kitchen remodel were worked out with the first two companies. We patiently went through what was referred to as their "process" which ended up taking over a month. I finally pressured them for their estimate and after being warned about contractors that work out of their home (like he does!) We were given an estimate for $13000 over the higher of the other two estimates (which was $25K) and it only included approximately 1/2 of the total project (flooring and lighting for 1 out of the 3 rooms, no finishing of the ceiling in any of the rooms, etc.). When I let him know about the difference in price, he quickly wished me luck on my project and apparently removed himself from the running. No harm in getting estimates but I highly recommend you get more than just one from this company!
