I also cleaned my house till after 2am after moving out. They will not do a walk through with you because they want to rip you off. BY LAW they have to give you the opportunity to fix whatever they intend to charge you for and conduct the walk through together. I found this out after I handed in the keys. Long story short PLEASE DO NOT rent from this Co.!!!!! You will be treated very rudely and the female's who work in the office have their noses so stuck to the ceiling you never see their faces and blame you for everything. They cant get anything correct but blame you and then try to charge you for everything.

I cleaned my house for 2 whole weeks getting all the checklist items and still they denied me my deposit back. I am currently pursuing them through small claims court. Seek renting options elsewhere.

The women who work at this place were some of the most condescending, impatient, sarcastic, rude, unhelpful people I've ever met.A totally degrading and unprofessional experience. How they are still in business, I will never know. Avoid this hellhole at all costs.

I will never rent from this company again I have had nothing but problems since I have lived there. I cleaned the place spotless and I didnt get a damn thing back for my depoist. They didnt worn me that I would loose my deposit if i moved out sooner than I was suppose to.

This company is horrible to rent from. Not are they rude, but they will ignore any request for maintenance. I was blamed for damage done to the property from their lack of service. I was paying a very high amount of rent and expected better communication and attitude from a "professional" type company.

Do not rent from this company. They have too many properties and do not take care of them. They will charge you extra fees when you move out. You will not get your deposit back no matter how clean your rental is. They do not do maintenance and refuse to pay for normal wear-and-tear. You will regret renting from them.
