Their apartments are clean and they truly care about their tenants. We moved out of our apartment this week and it's been slow going because of having two little kids and a pregnant wife. When she did the final walk through with one of the landlords, there were some things we missed. Instead of letting the cleaning person charge us to clean those things, Carlene showed my wife everything that needed to be done and helped her clean it. This included getting down on the floor to scrub underneath the fridge. Hands down the best landlords we've ever had!
