I came to Montana temporarily for work, and I brought my 15 year old cat with me because he was sick and reaching his last days. I had him his entire life (and most of mine!) so he was a dear childhood friend. When he became too sick to go on and was suffering terribly, Horizon was the first vet of many that I could find here that accepted anything other than cash as payment. They made my appointment quickly so that my kitty did not have to suffer any longer than necessary, and I can't describe how wonderfully they handled the whole situation. They were incredibly gentle with both him and me. They allowed me to be present for the procedure and to stay with him as long as I needed afterward. They also graciously accepted his leftover food and belongings. I am eternally grateful for how polite, friendly, and sympathetic they have been, as this was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
