She was very rude and haughty with me. I went to her to see what a growth on my ear was and since that is all I wanted I didn't think my weight and height would matter and did not comply. She wouldn't even look at me in the face or of my friend that was with me. She came in and said I will not be taking you as a patient since you don't care about your health. I told her I just wanted someone to look at the growth on my ear. She said well I will just refer you to a dermatologist because I am not going to be your doctor. So snotty and rude, I couldn't believe it. I got up, thanked her for her time and told her I would make my own appointment and walked out. She was unprofessional in every way. She came in with a attitude and acted in a very unprofessional way. I feel she should be reprimanded for her behavior. I am totally disgusted with her and surprised that Geisinger would keep someone as unprofessional and downright rude under their employ.
