The receptionist here seems to think her job is make everyone who comes in miserable. I thought she was going to make the lady who came in before me cry. She would not let me be seen, since I didn't have an appointment even though nothing on the forms I received said I needed an appointment. Avoid if at all possible. If you can't avoid, find a way to speak to a real person in advance, do not believe the recorded message. It is not accurate.
