Absolutely the cleanest and most TLC kennel I've ever been in. Owner is very "Professional" and nice. Gives the dogs better care than most humans get. You will get Top DOG services for so little costs. The fact she only grooms small dogs doesn't constitute such negative comment from Derek! She is great groomer as well. Libby is fortunate to have such a caring dog lover business!
