We have known Dr. Howard for many years. He is easy going and we laughing refer to him as "animal whisperer. He can calm anxious pets with remarkable skill. He never fails to accurately render a diagnosis and a prognosis. He believes an animal should not have to endure pain regardless of the pet's age. His support and concern always place us at ease. We also admire the respect for his patients and those who own them. He is a pragmatic person. He is welcome to the discussion of older pets who are suffering and gently suggests the best solution. He volunteers his services to homeless strays for agencies whose goal is to neutered to place pets in wonderful homes. We trust and love Dr. Howard for his philosophy towards animals and their owners. We love this man for all of the goodness and professional energy he brings to him
