please do not move there. If you have a problem the management is very rude and unwilling to help solve situation that require their attention. It is very noisy any time of the day. Cats and dogs poop on the stairs steps. Ducks poop on the walkway. I had my apartment flooded and they ripped some of the carpet moved all the items out of the closet left a mess every where. They cut the carpet and left a commercial fan going for 3 days. The manager was unwilling to do anything for me. I asked to be put in a hotel, or empty apartment she refused and said it was not her problem. My apartment was inhabitable for three days. My bill was extremely high and the manager said it is not her problem. I didn't cause the flooding my neighbor did; why do I have to pay a high electricity bill for something I didn't cause. They dried out the carpet at my expenses. I personally would not recommend this community to anyone at all.
