Located in Lincoln, Neb., the Department of Administrative Services Building Division, also known as DAS Building Division, provides space planning and maintenance services for residential and commercial facilities. The division offers centralized procurement, security and management service for office spaces, as well as conducts the reviews and analysis of capitol construction projects. It implements orders related to the sales and demolition of vacant buildings. The DAS Building Division coordinates and reviews capitol construction requests, program statements and related contracts. It also provides project planning and construction management services for selected state agencies. The division manages and maintains state-owned buildings and properties, including office buildings, laboratories and health care facilities.
