Jason was paid in full to do a job a year ago and he has not completed it he made things look worst he doesn't come to work when he tells us and he doesn't answer emails or calls

Jason’s Company was hired to complete work on a 400k house. He was given instructions of what was to be completed and how. We paid for all materials and strictly paid him and his crews for the labor costs under a contract he signed. All work was to be completed in 10 weeks. Jason went beyond that date by 4 weeks. He did not complete the tasks as they should have been.
Examples (all of these are photo documented) :
Roof: Jason was instructed to strip and replace sheeting, roofing, ice & water, felt, arc shingles to match rest of the house. Jason took it upon himself to lay plywood over old roofing and rotted roof. He then proceeded to roof over.
Siding: The siding was installed with different reveal all away up two stories of the back of the house. The siding was not attached to the siding of the building correctly or trimmed correctly.
