I had called this company, and Jerme came out to work on my oil feed boiler system. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why, clean parts that needed cleaned, adjusted what he could, but unfortunately he couldnt finish because my chimney was completly clogged up with creosote and needed cleaned. The day my chimney was cleaned, Jereme came back (with Brian- hope i spelled his name right) and finished off fixing my boiler. He reset the fuel/air mixture, tested boiler, made sure everything was working good, cleaned up both times really well. Nothing but great things to say about this company. Would recommend them and use them again.
