Good selection very poor customer service with very slow deliveries of new stuff even if you request. They used the wrong size rubber stopper which cause the stoper to come out and break the down stem. They told me they would be me a discount on a new pipe. I bought my pipe 10 days ago. All I wanted was the correct size stoper and down stem. They said it would be ordered. But I waited 3 months for an 18 mm smoke dome. They are a good idea with pathetic customer service. My opinion a rip off. Much nicer people than Rosie but poor execution
