Look you all these people are very disrespectful

They are loud and not only that customer service is terrible

Smh they braiding is good but when your braids starts to slip out they catch attitudes and will put them in any kind of way

This is the worst braiding salon that I have ever went to. I went there for TREE BRAIDS but got a Bush!I wish there was a way that I could post pics. I'm so glad that I paid by credit card because I called my bank to dispute the charge. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told that she wasn't there. The stylist had the nerve to tell me that I should have showed her a pic of Tree Braids! REALLY!! I ADVISE YOU NOT TO GO HERE! !

The absolute worst professionalism and service ever.



My braids are very sloppy. I alerted the staff to this fact midway through my appt and yet instead of correcting the issue, they complained about me "giving them a hard time".



Yet, ironically so, there were no complaints about me "giving" them my payment. I wasn't alone. Another young lady was displeased with her hair as well.



Genuinely, I asked the staff how they handle/resolve situations where patrons are dissatisfied. When the response was "have someone else do your hair", I knew that that this establishment's customer service and integrity were nonexistent.



The service was terrible. The workmanship was laughable. And the price gave me acute buyer's remorse. My advice: do not patronize this establishment. ever.
