The worst dentist I have every been to. First I schedule an appointment and when i called to confirm the day before the front desk lady tells me she doesn't see my name on the schedule list and tell me they had already place someone else in the slot. So she schedules me for the following day. That day my appointment was at 8:30 for bonding but dr. Ida did not arrive until 9:00. I was very upset because I already ask the front desk clerk the day before how long would it be and she said it will only take about 30 mins for the procedure. I was very upset because I had to be at school at 10 (college student) which I informed them before hand when making the appointment. So when she comes in the front desk clerk tells me you can go head and come back if you want and they will be ready for me. So when I come back which was around 12:00 they sent me to the around 1:00 and did not start on me until 3:30 which caused me to be late to work ( I had to be at work at 4) which I informed the front desk clerk before they brought me to do the back. I was so upset and if I would of known it was going to take that long I would of never went to her. And on top of that I did not like the way she did my bonding , it looked like a rushed job. I will never in life go back to dr. Idk. If I was her I would be more professional.

One of the most unprofessional dental offices I have ever visited. I arrived on time to my appointment and waited an hour to be taken to the back. Within that hour apparently they were having a meeting in front where patients could hear their conversation. Employees were walking out from the back on their cell phones in the front having personal conversations. What kind of business allows that? I counted about 10 people in the back with only me and another in the waiting room with appointments. When I asked when I would be seen I was told that "she was getting the room ready". Apparently at this office when you schedule an appointment they get the room ready after you come into the office and inconvenience you and make you wait. Finally when the lady came out she calls me by my first name and says she doesn't know my name. I guess filling out ten pages with my name and signature on them was not clear enough for her. Then when I walk to the back she says I'll be right back after waiting an hour in the waiting area. She comes back only to tell me that, in a rude way, their computers are down and they would not be able to give me a simple cleaning. Very unprofessional office. Did not get to meet Dr. Lanier however, your only as good as the people you keep around you. If you don't want to waste your time stay away from this office.

Dr Lanier is wonderful! I, like most people, hate going to the dentist, but she made me feel comfortable and explained all of the procedures clearly. You can't go wrong with her.
