I was very pleased with my initial service. The tech was professional and nice, however, I was not given a manual on how to operate my system at the time of installment, tech opted to email it to me when I called weeks later and aske for one. Nor did the tech provided me a yard sign or stickers indicating that my home was being monitored by source1. I also had a recent problem with activating my system. I called the tech/company and arranged for a service vist, since I had no manual to trouble shoot myself; I spoke with tech and was told he would come out on the next day, however, he was a no call no show. He did called two days later after I had to seek assistance from another company to solve the problem. There's nothing wrong with the product that is provided, the mointoring service or the price, however, I think there is a lot of room for improvements when it comes to customer service. Thank you. In response to the previous review we tried to refund the deposit by mail, but was given an INCORRECT ADDRESS, the deposit was then personally delivered to the customer by a representative of our company, we do apologize for any inconvince. SOURCE ONE SECURITY has been serving the Metro Atlanta area for over 20 years, our main goal is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, SOURCE ONE SECURITY HAS NO CREDIT CHECKS.OR CONTRACTS, CFO ALICIA MOORE

This is a bogus security system! I made a deposit for the system then went with a more reputable, well known company after doing some research. Source One's representative made several promises to return my deposit.... I'm still waiting! I plan to file a petition in court to get my refund. Ask yourself this, "Who is the person coming into your home installing your security system? Who can you call to verify their credentials?"
