Provided by YP.comThe worse customer service and quality product we have ever experienced. We received our cap stone blocks with air pockets and holes throughout every piece. When we brought it to the local office's attention in Fayetteville, AR, we were given the run around for THREE weeks. When they were finally able to get a hold of corporate in Little Rock, we were told they would only take the product back if we paid $700 out of pocket as a re-stocking fee....
We have told all our family and friends in the area working on projects to never buy product from ABC, a mistake we will not make again.
