My dad is very ill and every time we call them they report us to DHS because we live in an old house in the country. It is cluttered but not dirty. Each time a dhs worker has come out and cleared us of any wrong doing. My dad has gotten to resist calling an ambulance because of this harassment. Get what called ambulance at 4am. DHS at the house while I am still at the hospital this morning!

This company is very unprofessional. My husband was in a car accident last year. He almost fell off the gurney on the way to the hospital and he heard one paramedic say to the others treating him that if they were being evaluated, they would have failed. Nice way to give an injured man confidence. My husband had called several times to try to complain of his treatment, but whoever he needs to talk to somehow is never in and will not return his calls. We tried to make payment arrangements, but what they wanted per month was outrageous and we have been sending them what we can... With having to pay all the other medical bills. We have not missed a month. They still sent us to collections and have made a report to the credit agencies. This company is unprofessional and heartless.

I wiill never, ever call these people again. I don't care if I am dying; I will take my chances and have someone drive me. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with these people - from the beginning.



The paramedics are rude and basically mocked and ridiculed me.



The billing dept. is a disaster. I have called numerous times trying to straighten out my insurance info. They had it all wrong. My insurance company has called them as well; to no avail.



Now they are threatening to send a collection agency. My insurance pays 100% for an emergency. This is outrageous. I will be calling my attorney on this one.
