My family and I ended up getting up from our table and walking out tonight about 9pm. Our server never came back after checking in on us and giving us our drinks.
We asked for a couple minutes more to decide our choices, but after 15 minutes the guy never returned. There also didn't seem to be anyone in charge anywhere to oversee that we were waiting and waiting for service.

I have to say Chili's is one o...

I have to say Chili's is one of the places in town that my whole family likes. I think they have the best burgers in town, they have a great ranch chicken sandwich, and I love the enchilada soup. Great staff, free drink refills, and a good kid's menu. For desert, the molten chocolate cake is hard to pass up. I've had deserts at other places in town, (Bruno's, Zepher Grill) but I think Chili's chocolate molten cake is better.
