Mike was very unprofessional and not courteous to my wife. Even his son was sent out to greet her instead of him. During his visit we put a representative from First American home warranty on the phone to explain that to units needed to be serviced instead of one, Mike cursed out the rep during this call. This was a reflection of how the whole visit went. Customer service is what sets companies a part and Mike did not meet our standards during his visit. Hopefully we don’t have to work with mike again. We will be forwarding our experience to our warranty company Google Facebook in any other way we can reach potential future customers to save them a bad experience.

I wish I could give NO stars... we've been without hot water for a week now. Called AHS for expedited service Sunday morning (paid service fee then) didn't get a technician until tuesday from BestWay Mechanical (who is horrible) they said oh we have order a gas valve. Which I did and paid $30 shipping for overnight from my Whirlpool warranty dept. Part arrived Wednesday (the next morning) as I told the technician it would. I called them to get BestWay to come back out and install everything. They said they couldn't come back out "until tomorrow afternoon some time" (thurs). I told her not to fret and I'd just fix it myself. She said "oh... you're goingto install the part yourself...?" I said yes ma'am and hung up. Never will I give my hard earned money to American Home Shield or Bestway Mechanical again!
