Provided by YP.comI have had to file a Medical Board of California complaint against Dr. Soe for substandard care, Delay of Treatment, Negligent treatment, and unprofessional conduct. He waited over to months to refer me to specialists for treatment told me to "stop talking" during a office visit when I was trying to get help, Never went over my bloodwork, and overall treated me like garbage. I changer doctors immediately and am now consulting a lawyer regarding this mistreatment. Don't risk your health.
