On Christmas Eve, I had a pipe burst in my bathroom and it flooded half of my house! I called Travelers Insurance and they gave me 3 names of local vendors to call. I called one of them (I won't mention their name), but I didn't like the way they talked to me on the phone. I then called Action Mitigation and the lady on the phone immediately made me feel at ease and assured me that everything would be alright... and it was! The crew called me when they were on their way, which I was impressed by, and arrived when they said they would. The main guy explained what exactly they would be doing and that they would be dealing with my insurance company direct. They didn't even collect my deductible up front! They dried my house in no time, dealt with my adjuster and made it as easy as they could for me. I was assigned one person in their office, who was available for me to call and ask questions at all times. Believe it or not, I was even able to speak to her on Christmas Day! I am rambling on, but that's because I am so impressed with the employees and their service. I told my adjuster, my neighbors and everybody who wants to hear it too.
