We had been going here for many years until yesterday! My daughter had gotten new lenses made and we were told we had to go to another branch farther north to get them fitted. When the doctor or whoever the gentleman who does the fitting is called took the glasses (which were about a year and a half old) it took him about five minutes to break them. We were then told we "should" get new frames because the old ones were now broken and the fix "probably wouldn't last very long" The selection was not nearly as good as the Lone Tree location and it was too late to go there. My daughter needs her glasses for school and so we were forced to buy new frames and to pay full price! We got screwed badly and I would encourage you to never go to these crooks!

As a mother of a child who was diagnosed over 7 years ago with an eye disorder, I can personally attest to the quality of this store. The staff is knowledgeable in fitting frames, the selection of children's frames is second to none, and their prices cannot be beat. They even offer a discount if they do not accept your insurance carrier. They back their warranties (which is critical with kids)and their service is spot-on. We have purchased countless pairs of glasses from them and have always been completely satisfied. I have tried other shops, and been extremely disappointed. This is the one if you have kids that need glasses!!
