Provided by SuperpagesAbsolutely horrible..they don't care about anyone unless they have a receipt in hand..I don't know where the home owner bought the lock I was fixing..but I was fully willing to pay for parts they had right behind counter..they wouldn't sell it to me because I couldn't prove I bought it there..
