Terrible! Tried to force me into getting unneeded work done. Very pushy. Said I needed all kinds of work done, said I needed three crowns. I got a second opinion elsewhere and all I needed was one small filling. Apple lied! I will never go back to Apple! They are unethical and greedy. BEWARE!

I was billed for a service that was paid for in cash. It's a good thing I had a receipt or it would have been their word against mine. They threatened to send my bill to collections. I contacted them twice about the bill and each time I received a new bill one it had a finance charge on it. Honest mistake?? New dentist bought the business and maybe there wasn't enough money, I don't know but in 15 years it was the first time I received a bill from the dentist, we always paid in cash or used our credit card.
