This is a first class operation. Several years ago we bought 3 Generacs from Brad. Overall, these 3 generators have worked flawlessly with a single exception. Of these three machines, we had a bad battery in one of them. Once I informed Carolina Generators of the problem, it was fixed a few hours later that same day.
In summary, great company with highly competent staff and prompt service.
