In every situation there are two sides. It is unfortunate that we were unable to provide the service that a bride was wanting was just as frustrating for us as it was for her. It saddens me that she felt we "strung her along" it was a very busy time for us and we told her as soon as we knew we would not be able to assist her. It was not three weeks before her wedding. However, we do have an entire list of clients who are willing to speak with any potential bride and groom about our level of service. Please call and ask for references, do not take one unhappy bride's opinion for it.

These two ladies strung me along for months. I would have fired them sooner but there is not a large choice of decorators in the area. They agreed to do my wedding. I stated I wanted to see a sample table set up before a down payment. They agreed then they strung me along. Over two months I asked for pictures and every time they said "oh we will this weekend! We promise! We have just been so busy!" Well, three weeks before my wedding and NOTHING! One of the ladies said she set up a table and tried to send the pictures but it wasn't working. Oh well. ?!!??. If it was a real business she would have figured out a way to get the pictures to me. After all, it is not that hard to attach some pictures to the email. I was never able to speak to her after the initial visit) are unprofessional and border on the edge of unethical. If I wouldn't have fired them they would have strung me along until my wedding day. Horrible.
