Provided by YP.comTook our truck twice to have problem diagnosed and even though he couldn't give us any sound still charged $45...then went back and was charged $100 for only tweeters to work but still couldn't fix it. Told us it would cost over $700 to fix...took it to Columbia and Bam immediate answer and good sound for $85...will never go back to Traffic Jams!
Amy, I'd like to elaborate on this situation if I may. You and Todd had just bought your vehicle and brought it to me with no sound. You said you were told the amp under the seat was missing and could I look at it. You didn't want to put an amp in it and asked if I would make it work without an amp. I said yes and spent several hours over a couple of days to solve the issue. When you left the issue was resolved but the driver side speakers was blown and not working ever though it was connected. Todd returned the next week and stated that he only had one speaker working now. I told him I would be glad to look at it. Todd said never mind, just give me a price for top of the line speakers in all doors installed and get the subs in the back working with a new amp he would provide. I gave him a price of 714.97$. He never asked me to fix the problem, he left to ask you about getting the work done. In the future, please tell the whole story if you are going to leave a negative review. I went over and above to fix your problem for the price paid. I'm sorry you feel I did a poor job. Brian W.

Provided by YP.comI had traffic jams install a remote start for my wife's car for Christmas .she loves it , so do I .I don't have to go out on those cold mornings and start her car . I shopped around and he is the only one that knew what he was talking about . I will go back .

Provided by YP.comNot even 1 star. I called and got quote over the phone he quoted 320 + tax for rear camera and radio install. Then call me back and said 260.00 so we set appointment showed up he looked at radio and camera and said he couldn't do it for less than 350 + tax crooked I recommend custom Kreations in Columbia to anybody looking for this type of work . He is honest and upfront on any charges and does excellent work
