Lumbertons store manager is a word I would not use in front of my children. I can only hope that if the buyout from Verizon means someone looses their job it isnt Pembroke but the people at the Lumberton "corporate" store.

It is my opinion that privately owned companies take better care of their customers. Corporate store can have a tendency not to care about their customers because they can afford to loose one here and there. I look at the Pembroke location like an extension of my family. Great job Danielle Pernell!!!

Let me first start by saying I am a long time Alltel customer. Today I have realized not all Alltel stores are alike. I entered this store located next to Cicis in Lumberton and didn't even get a greeting from the sales reps that had attitude problems. I have had numerous payments "lost" after I had put them in the payment Kiosk. It is more of a convienence to drive to Pembroke and see Scott, Danny, Danielle and Jamaur. They always take care of my needs and they are a privately owned company. I was never aware of a difference in "corporate" and ABC Phones unitl now. I will not be returning to the Lumberton location because of the dishonesty, lack of respect and attitude that its location and their manager has.
