I appreciate great service and this is exactly what I received. Family operated. Prices was on point with two other shops I got quotes from. What set them out to win my service was when asked about the ADSP diagnostic tool needed for my KIA 2025 hybrid vehicle that another center did not have. Ray educated me on the equipment and demonstrated it on my vehicle at no charge how to check for codes after a collision. My vehicle did not have any code alarms at this time. He explained how they also have a deal with the multiple brand Name service centers including KIA to go on site and remove any codes with KIA’s equipment after fixing the vehicle at lower fee’s than if I used a center that could not check this and went to the Dealership service center myself to correct it. In addition most quoted me 7-10 day turn around on the repair. Ray told me 5 days but had it done in 4 days. He even said it would have been completed in 3 days if it didn’t rain the one day. Very satisfied and will be returning and referring others to this shop.
