RUDE!!! She not her employees take any responsibility whatsoever. They treat you as if your a child and that you care nothing about your child and if you miss ONE!! Yes ONE appointment they won't see your child anymore. They are more interested in making money off of you and your insurance company then the well being of your child. I missed an appointment and left a message on their voicemail system to reschedule. I didn't hear from them for TWO WEEKS and when they did finally call back they took no accountability for not getting back in touch with me. It was my fault, even though I did the right thing and called to reschedule. Worst group of selfish people I have ever met. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!
