You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.

We walked to the counter and nobody acted like they wanted to take our order. A worker finally walked to the register and I gave him my coupon for a free frappe. He looked at it like he'd never seen one before, yet they had posters everywhere advertising for it. Next, he called a manager for a code. The managers looked at each other and just stood there for about ten seconds. Finally walked to the register and it took about 3 minutes for them to figure out what the coupon was and get it right on the register. My fiancee ordered one too. Then the girl that made them was making my fiancées and just plopped it on the counter and walked away. We will not be going back. They don't deserve the one star I'm giving them, but a minimum one star is required to submit this review.
