Kim Farmer started SourceOne Insurance and Benefits Group in 2006 with her broker, health and volunteer health benefits experience. Her father Al Baggarly joined Kim in 2008 under Captive Allstate agency. which primarily based them on property and casualty. They became Indpendent in 2009 because of the need for Personal and Commercial Lines insurance, which lead to Ed Davis joining in 2010. SourceOne Insurance and Benefits Group became an independent insurance agency that now has access to multiple sources to get the best rate for any need.
