A patron that frequents the business that I work at,usually waits about 45 minutes to an hour but yesterday waited over 2 hours then gave up. Felt bad for him. Cab company definitely takes advantage of him.

They were on time, but the driver stayed on the phone cussing.. The car was filthy. I use cabs often. First impressions are important and the 2 stars is kind.

These drivers are so unprofessional. On 3 seperate occasions a driver has shown up with a friend in the passenger seat, 2 of the drivers pushed a button that charged me $2 more just because and 1 driver got an attitude with me because he try to chatge me a $10 moving for putting a box in the trunk. I strongly advise you to take another cab!

There very rude especially the older guy that answers the phone if they answer. My wife called for a cab and it took about 30 min for someone to answer and when they did it sounded like she was doing something she had no business doing

I called for a cab and the guy who answered was so rude I had to go off on his azz.

The worst ever didn't even show up

I called to get a damn estimate and the girl who picked up was so dang rude! She cut me off and was smacking her mouth! I wouldn't recommend their services to a damn animal!

Decent cab. 24/7 hours. It will take you from Macon to Warner Robins if you need to, but just not the other way around.

I work in a hotel and sometimes have to call a cab for a guest. IF they show up, it is after far too long of a wait. More often than not, the guest has found other means to reach their destination. I would say never again but for extreme cases and the simple fact that sometimes they are the only ones to answer the phone.
