The colorist was wonderful, but the color was a little different than I thought it would be. I thought there would be more red. The colorist and I were discussing ways to fix it, when who I assume was a manager came up and started asking questions. When I answered a question that had apparently been posed to the colorist instead of me (my mistake), she told me to "stop being ugly". I protested that I was just answering her question, and was informed I needed to calm down. I had been perfectly calm until she came over and became insulting. (She was insulting my behavior not my looks with the ugly comment. I don't want to be unfair to anyone). When I told her she had no reason to say I was "being ugly", and I was leaving, she just kept berating me. The colorist had everything under control, and even if I wasn't perfectly happy with my color, she was willing to do everything in her power to make it right. Thanks to the manager, I left in tears and wouldn't let anyone do anything further to my hair. The services provided were extremely discounted and I have a feeling that was the colorists doing (she entered the price into the system when I was paying). I would go back to the colorist in a heartbeat, but I don't want to risk running into the manager again.

I had 3 ft of beautiful hair. I show a picture to stylist and it's that popular bob with the straight bangs n curly back. She tells me yea I can do that I've done it a bunch. I had a Mullet ppl a Mullet from the 80s abyss. And the horrible way she styled it I couldn't see it but I still the first time walking out tried to not cry. I had to go home straighten it and saw this Mullet. Called back n begged please fix it I hate it. I go back n she cuts my hair 2n1/2 inches below my hair line. It was better but not what I asked for by any delusional nightmare...I am so upset and disappointed I wanted a new awesome me because I hadn't cut my hair in 5 yrs. I look stupid, and I hate hate,my hair. Now the other stylists were doing hair while I was getting mine donen one lady was getting same haircut as me n hers was beautiful. I had to come back twice n still try not to cry. Jennifer reed was my stylist and I am not a happy customer...if you want hip n new do not go to her....but the other ppl where good. If not better than good. And the entire place doesn't reflect my complaint it was just this stylist. And the other ppl there were wonderful and watched my kids the,second time I came back.
