Fine Line paved my driveway late summer 2019. They did a fine job but there was a blemish that bothered me. I called the office and spoke to Stacey about it and without delay she scheduled the owner, Jim Peters, to come look the job over.
Jim was polite and cordial and he saw the blemish immediately. To make it right he offered to recoat the entire drive with 1” of finish mix. I was well pleased and was very surprised when he refused payment! He wanted me completely happy first. It couldn’t be done then because it was too late in the year. But this last summer they did everything he said they would do And the job they did is beautiful. It was entirely my pleasure to write that check.
