We prepare a custom healthy meal plan to compliment a custom prepared fitness regimen according to information supplied to us from the customer. We also offer custom anti-aging supplements (vitamins) based on the individual's biochemistry make-up that are auto-shipped every month. This is done through an in-home sample test the individual takes and sends to the top lab & formulary we are partnered with in the country. Not only are our clients getting healthy on the outside, more importantly they are also getting healthy from the inside.
