The leasing office staff is nice at first, but once you are in that lease they take advantage of everything! They lost our rent $$ twice. I had to pull teeth to get them to realize what they did wrong.They have opened my overnight mail (that goes to the leasing office since I am not home) countless times. The floors here are very noisy. It's as if they carpeted over hardwood floors. Hot water is hard to come by. You have to put your shower all the way to the red just for your water to get warm. They have stackable washer and dryers here that barely dry your clothes of the one wash you want to get done. If you wash 2 pairs of regular jeans it will take a day and a half to get them dry. Other than that, our neighbors can be a bit loud. But what do you expect in an apartment complex.
