Fireside, David Scott in particular, was most accommodating in working with our unique build and a set of disasters that befell both us and Fireside as victims of a dishonest builder. Rather than perpetuate the circumstances, Fireside worked with us in seeing us through the situation. They were among the first contractors on our site in the beginning, deploying 7 fireplaces in the most professional and efficient manner. We were so pleased that we added two more fireplaces well into the build and they were able to easily accommodate working in some creativity to give us what we were seeking and without spiking costs. We look forward to working with them in servicing our fireplaces well into the future. Top attributes:
