Sam wasn't on time, but he called to let me know a new eta. He arrived with all the knowledge you'd expect from an authorized Howard Miller repairman. Totally professional. An eye for detail. Great advice about what to look for, and how to care for my 45 year old wall clock. Giving needed time to other customers before me caused the delay-also a good sign! He was worth the wait!
