The WORST! Their name should be NOT-SO-URGENT CARE!!!

Do not bring your sick loved ones here....better off driving a mile down the street and going to Eliot Hospital. Brought my 86 y/o mother there and we were told there'd be a 30-minute wait. After waiting 2 hours in the waiting room, we waited another hour in the exam room. I even called the front desk from my cell phone to remind them we're still here and the girl told me there would be someone in to see the patient shortly. In comes a nurse with a basket of snacks and juices. Looked like a skit from a bad Charlie Chaplin movie! No - I don't want snacks. I want my mother to be seen so she can get back home and into bed. She's sick!!! A few moments later, we walked out and we ended up at Eliot Hospital where she was treated almost immediately. Very sad the way Urgent Care operates.
