I recently visited this store after a few bad experiences. And it was a night and day difference. I was greeted by a young lady who opened the door! That has never happened before! The store now has a whole new staff and a new manager Miranda, which was the young lady who helped me. I went in to get my daughter a new phone and was quickly told that I could be getting a better deal, skeptical from my past experience in this store I let her "analyze" my plan as she called it. I left that store a believer that people who give amazing customer service do exist! Not only did she lower my bill by 40 bucks, I was also able to upgrade all of my phones and get some free tablets! I will definitely be visiting the next time I have a problem! :)

MY CAREER FOR 6+ YRS IS IN SALES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE NOR WOULD I TREAT A CUSTOMER SO RUDE. IF THE SALESMAN WOULD GET OFF HIS OBESE TAIL & SPEAK WITH RESPECT & NOT HAVE SLUNG MY PHONE AT ME THIS WOULD BE A POSITIVE REVIEW.AND IM A WOMAN. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE I JUST EXPERIENCED!!
