Best ride in Bis-Man. Good drivers,clean cabs and easy to get help from for loading or assisting passengers. As to comments below, throw-up in my car it's going to cost you a lot more than 100 dollars and the rude employee is no longer with the company! Only ride I use or call for friends and family if they need a ride!

Always friendly, prompt; when you ask them how long? They respond with time including possible traffic delays depending on the time of day. I appreciate, an honest answer other taxi services have been very rude, waiting an hour is ridiculous. If you question the operator as to why it will take an hour they will tell you to either wait or call a different service. Bad business practices, in the long run will lose business. So if you want to go and be on time call Metro!

I have taken metro express a few times and have been very impressed. They are friendly no matter what time it is and it’s always good conversation and affordable rates. Will definitely be sticking with them in the future!

Worst cab ride ever cab driver called the cops cause I puked in the the cab even though I tipped a hundred dollar bill

My Freind was visiting from Boston I live by n.holiday He called taxi 9000 at 12:30am for a ride to Kelly Inn guy said it take 30 to and hour in a half. Called back after an hour and a half The guy was rude (even though my visitor was very nice about it!) Said driver was on his way! Finally we called METRO CAB and they were here in 10 minutes! DRiver very friendly! Taxi 9000 never showed or called my visitor back!! If u need a cab call METRO! Is it really that busy in Bismarck at 1:30 am on a Monday?!!

Much nicer people than Taxi 9000, very kind and interesting drivers! Dispatch is very professional. Typically very busy, so be patient at peak times. They are reliable!

I called for a cab to the airport several days ahead of time and then called the day before to confirm because of a bad experience with Taxi 9000. Metro assured me they would be at my house within 5 minutes of the requested pickup time. When they were 15 minutes late, I called to check and the dispatcher had no idea when the cab would get here and suggested I find another ride. When I asked why she hadn't called me earlier, she got very nasty.
