terrible. very shady business practices. website says they are open on Sundays from 12-4 pm but apparently that is open to interpretations by the management. now ill apparently be charged for time i didnt even use the tool because of the managements incompetent business practices and "To Be Determined" hours of operation. take your business elsewhere. these people have no idea what "customer service" means. just out to milk you for every dollar they can.
