Excellent service! The staff was courteous and friendly! I didn't expect it at all. The lady that helped me at the counter is excellent at her job and everything was perfect! Best Car Rental place in MANHATTAN KANSAS!

We'll pick you up is the slogan. I felt like it was an inconvenience for them and was told when I got there that I was too far out for them again. Nothing on the commercials leads you to believe that anything is too far. Driver that picked me up crossed the center line of the highway. I told the ladies at the counter and felt like they didn't even believe me. Overall, I just felt like I was not an important customer to the ladies at the counter. More important to talk on the phone than deal with a customer standing in front of them. They were also very condescending in their attitudes towards me. Doubt I'll go back there...rather go to Junction City to get a car if I need one.

I recently rented a vehicle at this Enterprise location and everything from the quality and cleanliness of the vehicle and the very friendly staff, it was an A+ experience!
