DOES ANYONE WORK AT THE MANITOWOC STORE? If you ever have a question, either go to the bathroom where you can usually find 2 or 3 employees in the stalls, but if no luck there, try to find which department they are all hanging out in. If lucky and you find a group of 5 or more together, sometimes 1 employee can kind of answer your question by saying the employee from that department is on break.

As for overall quality, the products aren't bad, but for hand tools, check the dollar store out first. more than likely they'll have a better screwdriver or wrench at the Dollar Store verses the $8 tool you will find at Menards.

Also when I buy 30 items and 3 clerks are standing at the exit door, do you think one of them could come over and help me bag instead of just watch me bag my items? My new thing is I don't pay until I am done bagging, and when I get to my RV with my cart, I empty the cart and leave it sit in the parking stall. If you can't bag my junk, I can't put my cart away either!
