My advice, go to another store. Policies change without warning and they won't cover their faulty products. Stones fall out and posts break on engagement rings and they will give you the run around before agreeing to fix it. The current manager is arrogant and rude. But I'm sure he won't stay long, they never do. If you do brave this store, get a receipt for everything even if they tell you that you don't need one. Computer problems cause them to loose your information. Don't bother to call the district manager, he won't return your phone call anyway. I have bought a very expensive trinket, not a family heirloom. Currently it's in my sock drawer while I wear one that cost about $10 instead, that has lasted over 20 years!
